21 Stars Review does not currently exist as an active publication (see previous announcement). This may change, but for the present time, we are not accepting any submissions.

In any case, this is no longer an electronic publication. Plans are underway to release the complete 21 Stars Review catalog of works in anthologized form in the summer of 2009. More later.

We thank our past contributors and look forward to sharing this exciting body of work again later this summer. Yes, this summer!
